Optimyze (“we”) operates the Optimyze Studio and Vitals Challenge platforms (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information (name, email, date of birth, gender). Health data you provide or sync from wearables (steps, heart rate variability, sleep, VO2 Max, body composition, blood markers). Usage data (logins, content read, posts, AI chat history).
To calculate your Optimyze Score, generate personalised AI coaching, and surface relevant content. Aggregate, de-identified data may be used to improve the platform.
We never sell your data. Corporate participants' aggregate data is shared with their employer's designated HR contact in summarised form — never individual-level health metrics.
You can request a data export or full deletion at any time by emailing contact@optimyze.ae.
